Paper color can be either yellow or white, 3 inch x 3 inch size. Full process color ad design. Minimum to print is 25,000. Each zone must be done in full. This can be distributed over a few weeks.The total run must be delivered within 6 weeks of the first run. Our printer can not store for more than 6 weeks.

 
 
   
  Sales Reps: How to Order & Schedule
  1) One size = 3" x 3" final trim size

2) Stock, white or yellow

3) Full process color on all designs (Remember if you request a yellow stock their is no white).

4) Mark on insertion order "Sticky Note".

5) Mark on your insertion as to paper color choice, white or yellow.

6) Click here online to see if a newspaper is open for a sticky note.

7) When client approves the sticky note, the sales rep is to e-mail the Circulation Manager at chuck.eberson@shorenewstoday.com with an attachment of the approved PDF file and all the print info. Please be sure to include date the sticky note is to be added to the publication and what publications.

8) The Circulation Manager forwards the e-mail with the attached PDF file to the printer.

It take a full 7 days from the date you send your PDF file to the Circulation Manager before it can be used on a front page – so if we were to submit a file on Monday, it would be back to Bartash to be used on a front page by Monday for use on Tuesday publication.
