Terminology for communicating sales design requests to production:
 

Words or phrases commonly used to get a point across clearly
 
 

"Be Creative"… means that the designer has freedom to create an ad from scratch.

"Use Existing or Supplied Layout" … means that the designer must follow layout provided.

"Follow Clients Directions" ... means set the ad per instructions without creative imput.

"Please Find Art"... when requesting art for layout from designers.
