| MONDAY SALES SHEETS NOTES:
Sales Sheets only need to be submitted Monday night if you have ads
running in OC or UG. If you have no ads running in these papers you
just need to submit your sheets once on Tuesday, 4:00 PM. |

TUESDAY SALES SHEETS NOTES:
All Sales Sheets must be submitted, if you submitted sheets on
Monday you must resubmit again on Tuesday. I will create two
different folders on the FTP for the different days. Any changes to
your sheets for the OC & UG books will have to be updated to your
sheets for the Tuesday submission. (Example, you have a late ad
running OC, UG, EHT, LNS that is not on your sheets that you turned
in Monday. You call Donna for OC & UG. You must update your sheets
for EHT & LNS before you turn your sheets in Tuesday or your ad will
not run in EHT & LNS. |
