How to use FTP

1) |
Enter the below
FTP Addresses into your Address Bar of Internet Explorer & press the
"Enter" key
|

go directly to the link of the above backup FTP |

|

2) |
You
will now see log on screen. Type into the first box the
below User
Name:
Then enter the below Password: into the second box
and check the save password box.

e-mail Password Request |

3) |
You now should see the folders "catama",
"cmsales" & "adproofs". Drag &
Drop your files as needed. Remember this is a backup FTP. If you use it,
be sure to call the people who you want to give your files to and tell
them to use this Backup FTP. |

4) |
lf you get the below "FTP Folder Error"
at any time. You must log on again by pressing "File" pull down box
(Top Left) then "Login As...", typing in the User Name:
& Password: as explained above. |

General FTP Notes: |
| a) |
Do
not give your FTP passwords to anyone outside Catamaran Media. |
|
b) |
Do not give your Employee password
to anyone outside catamaran Media. |
|
c) |
We
will e-mail you when we change the passwords to access our FTP Server. |
|
d) |
New
Passwords will be published on this website only! We will not
e-mail you passwords. |
|
e) |
Most
files are are deleted Thursday night Friday afternoon. |
|
f) |
Only
use this FTP as backup. |
|
g) |
Be
sure to add to your Favorite list so you do not have to type in user
names & passwords every time you use FTP. |
