This is real time online ad layout site.
Each page represents it's online paper.
When we add & remove ads these online pages will be updated.

Sales Reps will be able to see in real time, what ad space is available, who is the client and when running ads will expire or be pulled. Google ads now fill the ad spaces. These ads will be replaced with your ads when sold.

Only reserve ad space that is available. Each online paper will be different. "Skysraper & Window" ads can be broken down into smaller "Tile Ads".

Sales Reps can order the same ad for many online papers, using only one online insertion order form if the ad space is available.

Ad numbers will be assigned by production. We will combine numbers & client's name. Look to your FTP proof folder and record this number for your records.

Sales Reps does not have to submit a excel sheet to accounting. Accounting will take billing info from the Online Ad Insertion Orders.
